Walt Disney was never satisfied with his work, and constantly improved to better the guests’ experience.  We should all do the same.  The best method to determine areas of  improvement is to collect feedback from your clients, as to your performance.  Honest, specific feedback, through their eyes.  Collect it, aggregate it, and then act on it.
